  • Refunds will not be processed if requested after 24 hours from subscribing or purchase.
  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
  • If a payment gateway error causes duplicate payment for the same order, verified excess payments will be refunded in full.
