This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is in continuation of the Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) available on the Platform and shall be read together with the T&C. Capitalized terms used but not defined here shall carry the meaning assigned to them in the T&C.

This Policy explains what information we collect when you access the Platform, how and why we collect it, how it is used and disclosed, and the safeguards implemented to protect your privacy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy and acknowledge that it constitutes a legal contract between you and the Company.

Definitions

Account: Shall have the meaning assigned under the T&C.

Personal Identification Information: Information that identifies you (name, email, phone, address, birth details, etc.). Restricting this data may reduce your access to certain Services.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI): Includes credentials, financial data, health information, sexual orientation, medical history, biometric data, and any information classified as sensitive under law.

Information: Collectively refers to Non-Personal Identification Information, Personal Identification Information, and SPDI.
