This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is in continuation of the Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) available on the Platform and shall be read together with the T&C. Capitalized terms used but not defined here shall carry the meaning assigned to them in the T&C.

Rokkun Systems Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 2nd Floor, No.23, 29th Main Rd, above Bank of Baroda, Old Madiwala, Jay Bheema Nagar, 1st Stage, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India (“Company”, “AstroMuni”, “we”, “us”, “our”) owns and operates AstroMuni.ai along with any related websites, media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy explains what information we collect when you access the Platform, how and why we collect it, how it is used and disclosed, and the safeguards implemented to protect your privacy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy and acknowledge that it constitutes a legal contract between you and the Company.

This Policy is intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws including (where relevant) the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder, and any similar laws in your jurisdiction. This Policy is an electronic contract.

Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at our discretion. Continued access or use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Where required, we may also notify you via email. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address is active and up to date.

Definitions

Account: Shall have the meaning assigned under the T&C.

Non-Personal Identification Information: Includes browser name, device type, operating system, ISP, and technical details about how you access the Platform.

Personal Identification Information: Information that identifies you (name, email, phone, address, birth details, etc.). Restricting this data may reduce your access to certain Services.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI): Includes credentials, financial data, health information, sexual orientation, medical history, biometric data, and any information classified as sensitive under law.

Information: Collectively refers to Non-Personal Identification Information, Personal Identification Information, and SPDI.

Third Party: Any entity other than you and the Company.

Information Collected

1) Information you voluntarily provide: Information shared while creating an account, using Services, or contacting support.

2) Information from third-party accounts: If you use a third-party login (e.g., Google), we may access information permitted by that provider. Please review third-party policies.

3) Cookie Policy: Cookies help personalize and enhance Platform functionality. You may disable cookies, but doing so may limit certain features. We do not share cookie data except as described in this Policy.

4) SPDI: Certain Services may require SPDI for accuracy. Declining to share SPDI may affect the quality of Services. We follow reasonable security practices to protect such data.

5) Aggregated data: We may create non-identifiable aggregate statistics (demographics, interests, usage patterns) for research or legitimate purposes.

6) Device and usage information: Includes device type, OS, carrier, identifiers, time zone, browser details, login times, features used, searches, and approximate location where enabled.

7) Push notifications: We may send notifications related to your Account or the Platform. These can be disabled in device settings.

8) Verification: Additional details may be requested to verify identity for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Use of Information

Information is used to deliver and improve Services, maintain Accounts, enhance security and user experience, provide support, process payments, send transactional updates, comply with legal requirements, and enforce Policies. Where additional sharing with Third Parties is required, we will notify you and obtain consent where necessary. Refusal of consent may limit Service availability.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed only in the following scenarios:

  • Business transfers: Information may be transferred during mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or similar transactions with appropriate safeguards.
  • Service requirements: Systems generating personalized readings may access relevant Information. We minimize disclosure of sensitive attributes unless voluntarily shared.

Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect Information, but no method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use at [email protected]. Access to Information is limited to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.

Exclusions

  • Minors: The Platform is not intended for users under 18 (or the age of majority). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
  • Unsolicited information: Publicly shared or unintended submissions may be treated as non-confidential to the extent permitted by law.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or applications. Their privacy practices govern those properties, and we encourage you to review them independently.

Access, Correction, Deletion & Rights

If you access the Platform from outside India, you consent to processing of your Information in India or other locations where we operate, subject to legal safeguards.
