Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services, and align with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, related rules, and other relevant data protection and consumer regulations. No physical or digital signature is required.

These T&C are between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Rokkun Systems Pvt Ltd (“AstroMuni”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with registered office at 2nd Floor, No.23, 29th Main Rd, above Bank of Baroda, Old Madiwala, Jay Bheema Nagar, 1st Stage, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India. The Platform includes AstroMuni.ai and any related websites, media channels, mobile sites, or applications we own and operate.

1) Acceptance

  • You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You will maintain only one Account with accurate information.
  • You are not otherwise restricted from using the Services.
  • You accept these T&C by clicking “I AGREE” or by continuing to use the Platform.

We may modify these T&C from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates. If you do not agree, you may terminate your Account by writing to [email protected].

2) Description of Services

Our Services create automated informational readings derived from astrological positions and inputs you provide. They are intended for information, personal guidance, and entertainment purposes only. AstroMuni does not provide psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for actions taken based on the Services. We may modify, remove, or rename Services at our discretion to improve the Platform.

3) Additional Policies

By accepting these T&C, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Platform (collectively, “Policies”). The most current version supersedes prior versions.

4) Registration and Account

The Platform may offer Free Services and Paid Services. To access Paid Services you must create an Account and are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under the Account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You may disable your Account by emailing [email protected], after which Services will no longer be available.

5) License

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for personal purposes under these T&C. You may not share access with others.

6) Fees and Payments

Paid Services require payment as displayed on the Platform via available methods (cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.). Payment processing is facilitated by third-party gateways. You confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all details are accurate. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Applicable taxes will be charged as mandated.

7) Platform Content & IP

The Platform, including content, designs, software, reports, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to AstroMuni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, copy, resell, or redistribute any portion without prior written consent.

8) Platform Management

We may monitor the Platform for violations, restrict access, remove harmful content, and take legal action to protect the Platform and its users.

9) Third-Party Applications

Use of third-party services integrated with the Platform may require acceptance of their terms. We are not liable for third-party applications or their actions.

10) Prohibited Activities

  • Extracting or scraping Platform data.
  • Misleading, defrauding, or impersonating others.
  • Bypassing or tampering with security controls.
  • Uploading malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Using automated scripts/bots to access the Platform.
  • Reverse-engineering or unfairly competing with the Platform.
  • Using the Platform unlawfully or to harm others.

11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroMuni shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service period.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroMuni and its personnel from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these T&C.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

14) Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat in Bengaluru, India, and proceedings in English. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement.
